Skin Flare Solutions is a dermatology practices in Ipswich and Rockhampton, delivering education, treatments and management of chronic inflammatory skin conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Each Skin Flare administration team member is an excellent communicator providing a friendly yet professional environment for our patients.
Each Skin Flare administration team member is accountable for the following key responsibilities:
- Manage patient bookings
- Complete all Billings with medical compliance
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Actively rebook patients in clinic and on the phone
- Answer emails promptly and professionally
- General administrative support for our practitioner
- Maintain confidentiality standards within the practice to protect and ensure the safety of all patients.
- Strengthen and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Work as a team and partner with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive practice environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in medical administration a must.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- A strong attention to detail and pride in their work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical receptionist experience
- Experience with medical software such as Power Diary and Medical Director.
