Safework Health has an exciting new opportunity for a Receptionist/ Screener to join our Occupational Health Medical team in Brisbane. This key position is being offered as a Part time role initially.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous Experience in Health administration / GP practice or Medical Centre
- Current Open Driver’s License
- High Level of Computer Literacy
- Experience using Best Practice (ideal)
- Experience in Excel, Word, Microsoft Offices/Expert Level
- HLPAT005 Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Certificate
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Process Medical Bookings
- Reception and General administration duties
- Administering health questionnaires
- Results Management
- Pre Employment Medical Drug Testing
- Update Invoicing data
- Arrange and organise medical detail ahead of bookings
- Other duties requested by Doctors/Manager
