We are looking for a part time Medical Receptionist to join our newly renovated state of the art practice in Singleton, NSW.
We are expanding and looking for our next team member.

You would manage multiple tasks while providing a seamless service to both medical staff and patients whilst acting with empathy in a caring and supportive space.
Experience with Best Practice software is an advantage and if you have General Practice experience, we encourage you to apply.
Our reception team supports our practice by;
- Welcoming our patients.
- Booking patient appointments for multiple GPs.
- Billing and receipting patient invoices.
- Recording messages accurately and ensure they are followed up and acted on appropriately.
- Making and receiving phone calls, receiving and sending emails and scanning documents
- Opening and/or closing the practice.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- The ability to work independently with initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Working well in a team environment.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality in regard to patient care and all aspects of the practice.
