The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.5 hour shifts scheduled between the core hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, with Saturday shifts on rotation.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Here's what you'll be doing:
Greet Patients: You'll be the first point of contact for patients at our reception desk. A warm smile and excellent customer service are essential!
Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments to maximize both customer service and clinic efficiency.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers. Your interpersonal skills will shine here!
