About the Opportunity
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Cowra team on a casual basis.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
- Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
- Operate our booking system efficiently.
- Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:
