AddressPart time Medical Receptionist
We are seeking a Permanent Part-time Medical Receptionist for our busy Medical Practice 5 days (38hours) a fortnight which will vary from week to week. The successful applicant must be flexible with rostered days and be available for holiday & sick relief.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Practice.
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
The Successful Candidate
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
- Compassionate
- Detail-orientated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of BestPractice is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided on site.
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
- Neat and professional presentation.
