Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist using Best Practice software is desired, but not compulsory.
On the job training will be provided.

- Availability to work weekday close shifts (6.30pm finish)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Medical secretarial and reception duties; including, but not limited to, answering our busy telephone lines, greeting and checking in patients, responding to patient enquiries and co-ordination of bookings for all of our Doctors, Clinical Nurses and Specialists.
- Patient invoicing, receipting and end of day reconciliation.
- Scanning and filing of confidential patient documents.
- Faxing and emailing referrals and other patient documents.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy waiting room.
