Medical Receptionist

Kings Park Clinic is a busy general practice 10 minutes south of the Adelaide CBD with 14 doctors, 4 nurses and various allied health professionals. We are seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our friendly team on a part time basis from Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday morning roster, starting as soon as possible. 

Duties

• Handling the appointment book accordingly
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Billing of consultations, procedures and allied health billings
• Manage confidential patient records and data
• Meet and greet patients in a polite and professional manner

Skills & Experience

• Experience is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team
• Exceptional work ethic and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Friendly and professional patient first attitude

The pay rate will be based on experience, and as per the Health Professionals and Support Service Award 2020.
