Kings Park Clinic is a busy general practice 10 minutes south of the Adelaide CBD with 14 doctors, 4 nurses and various allied health professionals. We are seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our friendly team on a part time basis from Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday morning roster, starting as soon as possible.
Duties
- Handling the appointment book accordingly
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Billing of consultations, procedures and allied health billings
- Manage confidential patient records and data
- Meet and greet patients in a polite and professional manner
Skills & Experience
- Experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Exceptional work ethic and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and professional patient first attitude
The pay rate will be based on experience, and as per the Health Professionals and Support Service Award 2020.
