Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with inquiries and appointments
- Answer and respond to telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Accurately process patient payments via cash, eftpos, and direct bill transactions
- Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records
- At all times maintain confidentiality of patient personal and financial information
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area and clinic rooms
- Support the day to day operations of the medical centre
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathise with patients
- Availability to work during the week and weekends
