We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Typist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with strong organisational skills and an excellent attention to detail to join our dynamic and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and assist with patient enquires.
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare files and typing of medical documents.
- Working together with consultants, and staff to ensure a smooth running of the practice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist/typist
- Proficiency in typing and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in Genie software is preferred but not essential.
