Charles Clinic is a large privately owned, rapidly expanding Cardiology/Specialist Clinic with rooms in Launceston and Burnie.
We are seeking to employ an additional Medical Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team in Launceston.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide caring and professional patient interaction
- Accurately update patient details
- Process invoices
- Process referrals
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Promptly answer incoming calls
- Support with day-to-day administration of the Clinic
- Ensure practice policies and procedures are correctly followed
- Scanning and linking patient correspondence and test results
- Daily banking reconciliation
- Other administrative tasks as required
Essential requirements:
- A positive, professional and engaging manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy, compassion and rapport with patients
- Experience in providing administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining privacy and confidentiality
- Maturity to appreciate an ever-changing landscape
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a focused team
