Medical Receptionist/Typist

We are seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist/Typist to join our friendly team in a brand-new clinic at Northeast Children's Clinic.  This is a junior position, but all applicants will be considered.   

The successful applicant: 

• Must be flexible and reliable. 
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent typing skills and be computer literate.
• Enjoy working in a busy team environment.
• Be able to multitask. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Audio Typing.
• Greeting and welcoming patients into the clinic.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Collecting & entering patient details.
• Answering telephone calls and inquiries.
• Scanning 
• Using Genie (medical software program).
