ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Medical Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Osborne Park on a Full Time or part time basis. Reporting directly to the Health Booking Manager, this position will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to candidates and clinical DFR staff to ensure timely and efficient progression throughout the medicals and psychology components of the DFR Process.
Medical Scheduling Coordinator's will be pivotal in maintaining optimisation of booking capacity whilst coordinating appointment changes, at short notice.
Some Shifts will begin at 6am, requiring flexibility in your hours.
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Liaising directly with Defence Force applicants for delivery of a premium candidate experience
- Assisting in booking appointments and management of candidate records
- Monitoring and Quality checking availability configuration, for future appointments
- Adhering to KPI's including client wait time and reporting requirements
- Logging all calls and monitoring phone queues and emails
- Data inputting and validation
- General administration duties
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:
- Well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner
- A professional work ethic, willing to work independently as well as part of team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Willingness and flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required
- An eye for details and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients
- Hold or have the ability to maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
Previous experience in a healthcare/medical setting and using a scheduling system is highly regarded. With training full provided, previous experience is not a requirement.
