Safety Direct Solutions Pty Ltd (SDS) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #51632) and a leading provider of industrial safety, fire, rescue, medical training, and emergency services personnel in the Australasian region. This role will work closely with the Manager - Ambulance and Aeromedical Operations, who oversees numerous medical service clients and contracts. You will typically be responsible for supporting the Medical Services leadership team by overseeing the administration and office related coordination tasks that ensure the delivery of quality service provision. Some of these tasks will include:
- Maintenance of Medical Services rosters for Perth based medical team.
- Coordinating the recruitment and interview processes for new Medical Services staff.
- Logistical support including organising of transport and accommodation for the FIFO paramedic team.
- Maintenance of employee and client records.
- General office duties including filing, purchase orders and asset register maintenance.
- Preparation of agendas, minute taking and circulation of actions to managers and meeting members.
- Data collection and entry for purposes of report writing.
- Availability to provide on call coverage after hours to provide 24/7 operational support on a rotating basis.

Essential Criteria
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration role or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Word (Intermediate to Advanced) and MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Proven organisational skills with competing deadlines, showcasing your ability to prioritise workloads and thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to employ initiative and innovation in the workplace.
- A history of delivering professional and effective written and verbal communication to a diverse range of stakeholders, including staff, customers, and service users.
- Current WA C class driver’s license
- National Police Clearance
