As a successful candidate, you will ideally have prior experience in a private practice setting and possess excellent patient service skills as well as meet the following selection criteria.
Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
Ability to handle incoming and outgoing phone traffic
Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft word and excel knowledge is advantages)
Genie software experience is advantages
Knowledge of Eclipse is advantages
Able to undertake billing/invoicing
Able to undertake end of day balancing of daily takings
Proficient in typing (medical correspondence)
You must be flexible and have your own transportation
