Private specialist practice requires a dynamic part time Medical Secretary to join the existing administration team, providing excellent customer service to our patients, strong support to our clinical team and a diligent work ethic.
- Experience in a medical specialist practice, hospital administration or hospitality role strongly desired, experience with medical billing and booking preferred; training provided.
- Candidate must be energetic with an outgoing personality, sense of humour and the ability to relate to others.
- Advanced computer and IT skills are required for a role in this modern high tech practice which is heavily dependent on software driven systems.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, along with enthusiasm, empathy and a willingness to learn.
- Candidate should have excellent typing and communication skills, be willing to perform a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment and work well within a team.
