We are hiring! We are looking for a dynamic receptionist to join a professional team working with Dr Daphne Tosi, Medical Oncologist at Oncology West St John of God Subiaco Hospital.

Previous Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Medical Practice
- Experience with medical software, preferably Genie
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling patient consultations, chemotherapy admissions and attending to enquires
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
- Invoicing and receipting of patient consultations
- Medical typing and correspondence
- Liaison with various hospital services, pathology and radiology
- Liaison with Medicare, health insurers, healthcare providers and governmental agencies e.g. DVA
- Attending to doctors’ requests
