• Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role is preferred but

• Training to use our systems will be provided on the job
• Confidence in working on Apple Mac, MS Office and emailing skills
• Excellent telephone, writing and interpersonal skills.

You must be able to work flexible hours per our clinic opening hours.
Monday – Friday, 08:30 am to 4:30 pm
You might have to cover a fortnightly late shift.
Salaries will be guided by the Health Professionals and support services Award
Your role:
• Manage the day-to-day running of the reception area
• Answer telephone and online inquiries in a timely and informed manner
• Manage patient appointment schedules
• Sorting incoming/outgoing correspondence, scanning, and filing in the computer system
• Process patient payments, invoices, and receipts. Manage referrals, including checking patient’s eligibility
• General office duties
