This is a full time position of 38 hours per week, which will include a Saturday morning roster.
Essential Experience
· Previous experience using Best Practice Software is essential
· Experience in Occupational Health and Pre-Employment Medicals is an advantage
experience in a busy medical environment
· Strong knowledge of medical billing and medical terminology
· Strong IT and problem solving skills
· be highly organized and can multitask
· be patient focused
· have a solid understanding of Medicare/DVA billing
· Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Professional phone manner
· be professionally presented
