About the Role
GSHS is currently seeking an experience Medical Workforce Coordinator. The successful applicants will provide support to the medical staff working at GSHS by ensuring effective systems and processes are in place. Responsibilities of this role include recruitment, credentialing and rostering of medical staff. This position is part time, 48 hours per fortnight and reports to the People & Culture Manager.
About You
Applicants should possess the following experience/qualifications:
- Understanding of Medical Workforce responsibilities including rostering, credentialing, enterprise agreements and professional development requirements.
- Experience with rostering including implementing and administering an online rostering platform
- Capability to create, maintain, and analyse reports
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills necessary to build sound working relationships, influence stakeholders, negotiate and facilitate positive outcomes.
- Excellent computer ability, with experience using Microsoft Programs.
- Be self-directed with exceptional organisational skills to meet competing deadlines.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
Well presented with a positive "can-do" attitude, the successful applicants will provide a friendly, courteous and professional point of contact for medical staff. You will be required to work independently and will have proven competence in organising, co-ordinating and prioritising various administrative activities to ensure efficient operational functioning of the position.
