About the role
It is the purpose of this role to provide high level administrative support and coordination for Senior Medical Officer Workforce functions with a focus on Metro North Virtual Services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Understanding and knowledge of policies, procedures and frameworks that govern Medical Workforce or ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge and understanding
- Effective interpersonal and both written and oral communication skills with personnel at all levels of Queensland Health and external organisations.
- Demonstrated organisational and planning skills and ability to effectively and efficiently meet agreed deadlines, work cooperatively with initiative and provide assistance and support within a diverse team.
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, analysis of data and ability to identify issues that require resolution or escalation
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use or rapidly acquire skill in relevant Medical Workforce
