This role is with a privately owned medico-legal provider who are looking to expand their growing business. Due to continued growth there are multiple new administration and receptionist positions within their medico-legal practice. About the opportunity:
You will work closely with in-house lawyers and doctors within the team, as well as the collaborative support team. Your day to day will include:
- liaising with clients and patients;
- diary management;
- answer phones;
- booking appointments;
- drafting and amending correspondence;
- invoicing and billing; and
- other general administration.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- a passion for customer service and strong client relationship skills as this role will see you as a key client contact.
- a down-to-earth and friendly nature;
- keen to learn and work collaboratively with your team members; and
- excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills and administration experience.
