Day to day you will be:
- First point of contact for greeting clients and answering incoming calls;
- Coordinating internal promotional events;
- Attending to court filing, document lodging and banking if required;
- managing confidential firm and client information;
- managing incoming an outgoing mail and email enquiries;
- assisting with overflow legal assistant work when required;
- file openings, closing and archiving; and
- other administrative ad-hoc as required.
Our client’s ideal candidate will have:
- Legal Receptionist / administration experience;
- ability to work as a team and autonomously;
- outgoing, friendly and professional manner; and
- attention to details, strong organisation skills and proactive.
