We are seeking a Meetings & Events Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinating guest Events from start to finish
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Selling our Meeting & Events venue
  • Developing and maintaining existing and new client relationships
  • Effectively communicating Event details and feedback across relevant hotel departments to ensure successful deliver
  • Co-ordination of site inspection activity including follow-up
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with driving and championing the team to exceed the Hotel’s conference vision and targets

Ideally you will have:

  • A strong passion for events and sales
  • Experience with Opera Sales and Catering
  • Previous experience in a Meeting & Events role within a 4 or 5-star Hotel
  • Experience managing customer relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills and excellent time management
