Job Description
The Member Experience Assistant Manager is pivotal in enhancing both the operational efficiency and member satisfaction at The CEO Institute. This role supports the strategic administration of Member Experiences and contributes significantly to the execution and operational delivery of the CEO and Future CEO Syndicate programs. This position blends administrative excellence with proactive member engagement to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of service offerings.
With the support and guidance of the Qld State Director and Member Services Manager, the Member Experience Assistant Manager's key duties include:
- Member Experience Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations that underpin the delivery of our Syndicate programs. This includes managing member records, refining operational procedures, and ensuring overall administrative excellence
- Event and Venue Management: Play a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of all special events, including selecting venues, managing logistics, and overseeing event execution to ensure alignment with the organisation's high standards and member expectations
- Member Engagement and Support: Provide robust support in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with members. Assist in managing member induction, ongoing engagement, retention strategies, and the delivery of high value communications and service
- Sales and Development Support: Offer essential support to the Director in membership development efforts. This includes assisting with the organisation and coordination of speakers for various meetings and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive membership growth
This role is being offered on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) and hybrid/flexible working is on offer.
Qualifications
Our ideal Member Experience Assistant Manager will possess the following experience and attributes:
- Proven track record in a similar administrative or support role within a service, events, or member-based organisation
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with members, management, and external stakeholders. Must be able to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- High energy level, ethical integrity, and a commitment to professionalism.
- Proactivity and self-starter attitude which means you are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Applicants must possess a current Driver's Licence and car. (Car expenses for attendance at member events shall be reimbursed.)
