Executive Assistant / Member Support Co ordinator Your new company
An opportunity exists for a motivated and driven executive assistant to work as a Member support coordinator at a prestigious organisation in Penrith. This organisation has been operating for three decades and is responsible for all Council administration and compliance.
Your new role
As a Member support coordinator, you will be directly reporting to the Corporate Services Manager. This is a broad role with diverse tasks and responsibilities where you would be engaging, building relationships, and supporting members, and co-ordinating member's training sessions and managing diaries.
What you'll need to succeed
Well presented, friendly and efficient with extensive experience in customer management.
Act as first point of contact with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive experience in training plan development and co-ordination of presenters.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong diary management skills & Ability to use office applications with advanced proficiency.
Ability to manage budgets with strong understanding of risk & mutual industry experience.
