About You
- Bachelor or Masters degree in occupational therapy
- Experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally at least 3 years or relevant prior working experience
- Knowledge and experience working with people with complex Mental Health conditions
- Provision of evidence-based assessment and treatment interventions for clients with major and complex Mental Health conditions
- Develop and implement individualised interventions following identification of treatment goals with clients
- Preparation of Psychosocial functional capacity assessments for NDIS participants
- Current Working with Children Check (renewed every 3 years) and National Police Clearance (renewed every 5 years)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current AHPRA registration
How the role works from a day to day perspective
- Work from 15 hours a week upwards (we would consider 10 hours as a minimum for the right candidate)
- Be paid for direct, indirect and internal time
- Appointment bookings all handled by our admin staff, invoicing is automated
- We provide both professional and clinical supervision, both one on one and in peer groups
- We pay your super, and provide logins to all of your tech platforms to do the role
- Our hourly rates range from $55 to $88 (plus super) per hour. This translates to $107,250 - $171,600 FTE per annum.
