As a Merchandise Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our team by providing support to our Buyer, Designer, and Product Developer; on the successful buying, design and production of new purchases by accurately entering and maintaining data, managing samples, reporting on category performance and analysis of competitors. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Merchandise team. This includes; describing new styles, management of shoot samples, and product/site edits and updates as required.
• Accurately and thoroughly describe all new products in line with company guidelines within 48 hours of receiving the sample and add the latest products to the appropriate collection.
• Create collections for merchandise launches or promotions.
• Ensure all products have relevant tags on our site and update customer-facing product information.
• Process all new styles to waiting styles and product-related data in our systems.
• Create run sheets for all upcoming shoots and handoff of samples to shoot team within 24 hours of shoot selects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our Merchandise Team, Marketing Team, and Shoot Team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Our Ideal candidate:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar merchandise role or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
• Great communication and relationship building skills
• Know and love our brand & product, connecting with our customers.
• A passion for Fashion is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• MS Office, Google Suite, and Shopify experience are highly desirable.
