Account Manager - Promotional Merchandise
The roles and responsibilities of this position will include duties across Key
Merchandise- a Promotional Products business under Supply Group. As the
business grows, there will be an opportunity to progress into a more senior
leadership role. Remuneration and Bonuses will reflect the change in responsibilities and tasks at hand.
You will develop and deliver the strategy and vision for the business and build strong relationships with business leaders and key partners and provide input to the business and strategic business planning. In this role, you will play an integral part in a new and growing team that will offer a high degree of visibility.

Skills & Knowledge
- Must have 3+ years’ experience within the industry
- Account and Sales skills required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Friendly and Energetic
Responsibilities
- Liaising with and managing quotes to clients, placing orders with key
suppliers, and tracking the progress of each custom order through to delivery
- Requesting quotes for Made to Order products and other products from key
suppliers in Australia and China and determining their final sell price point
- This process includes working closely with each Account Manager and other
parties involved in the Supply Chain Process
- Sourcing new and innovative products
- Achieving set sales targets and KPI’s.
- Marketing and promoting the Prima Connection, Key Merchandise businesses and progressing into other existing and new businesses Supply Group owns or is looking to develop
- Providing Work in Progress reports and ensuring order deadlines are maintained and met
- Developing new efficiencies within the business processes to ensure use of best practice processes
- Assisting the Directors with daily operations in the business
- General administration duties
