The Role
Based in our Cowra branch, you will become an integral member of a stable, engaging and diverse team.
The Rural Sales person will have the exciting opportunity to continue to grow and develop the client base for the supply of a wide range of farm inputs including agchem, fertilizer, animal health and general merchandise, along with promoting other services such as our grain marketing service and agronomic consultancy.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be able to demonstrate strong success in a rural focused sales role.
- Be committed to growing a business through adding value to our clients and demonstrate an ability to deliver awesome customer service.
- Have demonstrated experience customer service and agriculture.
- Have a strong working knowledge of invoicing, stock control and computer skills.
- Be enthusiastic, positive and willing to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.
- Be able to demonstrate strong success in a rural focused sales role.
- Hold a HR Licence and be confident driving a Road Ranger for on farm deliveries.
- Be committed to growing a business through adding value to our clients and demonstrate an ability to deliver awesome customer service.
- Have demonstrated experience in customer service and sales in a rural industry.
- Have a strong working knowledge of invoicing, stock control and computer skills.
- Hold a forklift license and be competent in a range of machinery, including fertiliser elevators and loaders. A medium rigid truck license or the willingness to obtain one would be advantageous.
