Role responsibilities:
- Run CNC Milling Machines to make metal parts as per requirements.
- Experienced CNC machinist with over 3 years in the trade.
- Experience in operating and setting CNC machines (horizontal lathe and vertical mill), programming skills (FANUC) a plus, and a knack for learning.
- Skilled in inspecting and measuring components, and proficient in reading engineering drawings.
- Quickly troubleshoot and fix programming or machining problems to reduce production delays.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices for a secure work environment.
About you:
- Have recognized qualifications in fields like Fitting, Turning, Machining, or Engineering.
- Proficient in various programming languages and CAM programming.
- Can work independently and handle multiple machines simultaneously.
- Skilled at reading and understanding detailed engineering drawings.
- Possess precision and a keen eye for detail in your work.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to overcome technical challenges.
- Full Australian Working Rights
