Fremantle Hydraulics Pty Ltd has 32 years of experience in sales and service to several large industries including marine, mining, oil & gas, and transport.
We are seeking an experienced team member, who can work in a small team environment where flexibility and multi-tasking are essential.
- Must study drawings and specifications to determine appropriate material, methods, operations and sitting on the machine
- Knowledge on fittings of fabricated metals parts, assembling and subassemblies of metal parts
- Must check accuracy of fabricated and assembled metal parts including cleanliness and fittings using measuring equipment.
- Must form metal castings into fine tolerance using machining tools, grinder, shaping, drill, etc.
- Perform programming and programming Machining works using CNC Lathe, manual/conventional, milling, boring, grinding machine, etc.
- Must follow safety and quality engineering machining procedures
- Observe Occupational and Health Standard and Workplace Health Safety
- Knowledge of operation and use of electrical testing equipment, proper lifting techniques and hydraulic systems and components
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with hand tools, precision and other equipment
Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000
