About the role
The Metering Deployment Manager is responsible for the operational governance required to enable the mass deployment of metering within Retail.
In this leadership role, you will manage the end-to-end fulfillment of all metering processes that support mass Metering Deployments, including business processes (B2B service orders), market transactions, and compliance obligations; specifically, planned interruption notifications (PINs), explicit informed consent (EIC), and published metering details.
Accountabilities
- Monitoring of published metering details to ensure that all Metering Deployments are completed in alignment with contractual obligations, and all metering details published align with requested site details and documented requirements of Metrology procedures and CATS procedures.
- Monitoring of governance support for all Metering Deployments, including compliance obligations regarding customer contact, planned interruptions, and meter install timeframes.
- Change management to facilitate industry changes, including new technological requirements and accelerated volumes.
- Stakeholder management across required teams to ensure accurate representation of Metering Deployment costs.
- Support for Metering Providers and Metering Coordinators for dispute resolution.
Skills & Experience
- Sound understanding of relevant Metering frameworks.
- Proven experience in delivery of large-scale Metering Deployment projects and relevant industry knowledge.
- Proven ability in supporting in engagement with 3rd parties/ external vendors Strong data and insights experience in a large organisation.
- Strong ability to navigate through multiple processes and issues to problem solve.
