Our Alliance Marketing team ignites a meaningful career while being supported by a flexible working culture, innovative learning and development opportunities. We deliver proven performance in supporting and implementing impactful marketing programs that inform our go-to-market strategy and support multi-channel campaigns to deliver best practice client experience, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We're looking for Microsoft Alliance Marketing Manager to help drive the planning and execution of internal and external marketing and communications activities, working with Alliance leadership, to achieve growth aspirations within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you've gained in marketing and communication with at least 10 years of experience. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you leverage collateral and assets from other PwC territories to drive marketing execution and identify opportunities for replication and reuse of strategic activities to drive scale and traction in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
Day to day, you'll solve problems by building and maintaining relationships with technical subject matter experts and leadership across the firm, including effectively navigating a large organisation. In our Alliance Marketing team, you'll also:
Develop and execute a Microsoft Alliance marketing program that is well defined, resourced and managed to deliver return on investment to drive awareness, consideration and commercial outcomes.
Design and deliver tactical execution of regional priority Microsoft Alliance campaigns, case studies, content and digital marketing (Asia-PAC focus)
Create and critically review Microsoft Alliance propositions, thought leadership, collateral and web content for consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience
Develop and execute activity across multiple marketing channels: sponsorships, events, digital, social media, thought leadership, podcasts, blogs, video, web
Support the Analyst Relation program and market scape
Contribute to local and regional Microsoft Alliance internal communications
Collaborate with the Microsoft Alliance leadership and team to manage regional marketing budget, spend and schedule.
Develop strong relationships with Marketing & Sales peers, Alliance partner marketing counterparts and leadership locally and globally
Other qualifications required
Formal qualifications in marketing with broad business knowledge, possible post grad qualifications in business-related discipline
Experience in the technology sector and genuine interest in the value and change driven by technology. Knowledge of experience promoting Microsoft's capabilities preferred
Proven track record of successfully developing marketing plans and identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation
Experience in developing, leading and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, events and communications in various internal/external environments
Return on marketing investment reporting and the use of data to inform, track and measure campaign performance
Relationships and collaboration with local and global peers; sharing and learning from around the world.
It's time to move forward. And upward.
You want to grow, reach new heights and move up the corporate ladder.
We'll give you a career-boosting role that:
Is strong on growth and reward
Provides strong mentors and plenty of networking opportunities
Helps you learn and grow with our internal Academy, study support, and partnerships with Udemy and Coursera
Gives you the chance to explore, with overseas secondments and our Together Anywhere policy that lets you work up to 4 weeks from anywhere in Australia
Helps you prioritise your life outside of work, with lifestyle and wellness stipends up to $500 a year
Has competitive and transparent salary packages with the opportunity for yearly bonuses and promotions
We're an inclusive bunch, and we try to make life easier - for our clients, our teams and our communities. If you need reasonable adjustments when applying, just let us know.
