*Only open to Aus citizens with current active security clearance (baseline or higher)** No PR** No Work Visa**Client: Department of Health and Aged CareLocation: ACT, QLD, VIC (Hybrid options available)Close date: 22nd April, 2024Role Description:Health Business Systems Branch deliver and operationally manage the Microsoft Cloud platform and suite of D365 business applications in the Department of Health and Aged Care. The D365 platform is a strategic business applications delivery platform for better collaboration, resource optimization and to deliver integrated solutions.As a MS Cloud Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for administration and management of Cloud Platforms including Azure, Azure AD, Power Platform and Azure DevOps.As a MS Cloud Platform Administrator, you will assist with platform management, DevOps, access management, dynamics 365 CRM solutions, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint solutions.Additionally, you will assist with implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation, deployments, and ensuring the delivery of a secure, stable, and efficient Cloud Platform.Role Deliverables:

• Monitor and resolve Microsoft platform tickets and incidents as they arise.
• Maintain and monitor operation alerts.
• Work with scrum teams to maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provision workspaces, licenses, access for D365, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Visual Studio and

SharePoint sites.

• Administration of D365 and Azure across all tenancies.
• Automate activities around Azure cloud environment provisioning.
• Collaboration with internal project teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide best practice for source code management, automation testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployments.
• Develop solution documentation.

Role Requirement (Mandatory Criteria)

• Minimum of 2 years experience administering Microsoft Cloud Platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with current versions of Azure, Azure AD, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and SharePoint integration.
• Experience with Azure version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Candidates MUST be Australian Citizens.

Qualifications (Mandatory Criteria)

• Relevant IT qualifications/certifications
• Knowledge and experience in agile delivery

Experience (Highly Desirable and Desirable Criteria)

• Highly desirable: Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Cloud Platform Administrator.
• Highly desirable: Preferably 2+ years experience working with Azure products.
• Desirable: Experience with a scripting language to write automation functions.
• Desirable: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
• Desirable: Ability to work cohesively in a team environment using an Agile based method.
• Desirable: Ability to work transparently and collaboratively, including when making decisions.
