Overseeing the deployment, commissioning, and integration of Operational Technology systems within the organisation. Responsible for managing the project deployment process from planning to execution ensuring alignment with business adjectives.
This is a Perth-based position, with site attendance as required to support the successful deployment of projects and according to the present needs of the company. To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous project management or supervisory role experience. Two years minimum industry relevant experience.
- Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge and theory across current industry technology trends.
- Technical / trade / tertiary qualification desired with a mechanical, communications or electrical background.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of Networking principles and OT network engineering.
- Experience leading high performing teams.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and change management skills.
