As the AHS Infield Builder Supervisor, you will effectively manage the team's workflow, team performance and development while ensuring safety and health guidelines are followed. The AHS Infield Supervisor plays a critical role in the effective utilisation of Caterpillar's Command For Hauling MineStar AHS system.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and embody Fortescue's values in the work environment
- Provide visible safety leadership by demonstrating safe behaviour
- Accurately roster and coordinate personnel to ensure seamless operations
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members in achieving Key Performance Indicators
- Support the execution of the 24-hr plan
- Maximising the use of the fleet management system to minimise disruption and maximise safety, productivity, and efficiency
- Liaise with various departments to execute improvement projects
- Demonstrated people leadership experience is preferred
- Demonstrated interest in innovation and technology
- Proficient in Minestar Command Fleet Management System or similar systems
- Mining Operator experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain the teams positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Mining Statutory schedule 26 certificate is desirable
- Current WA C class Drivers Licence
