About the ROLE
Going through another exciting period of growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced MOBILISATION CO-ORDINATOR to join our People & Culture team in a full-time capacity based in Osborne Park.
As an integral part of a small high energy team, you will be involved in all things mobilisation across multiple client sites for Dynamic Drill & Blast. Working in conjunction with our Recruitment team, your day-to-day activities will include:
- ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees (pre-employment paperwork is completed and compliant);
- owning the mobilisation process for employees and contractors (booking medicals, organising training, issuing inductions, and booking travel/accommodation) to ensure that mobilisation packs are submitted via client portals within required timeframes;
- maintenance of electronic personnel files;
- distribution and tracking of PPE;
- booking adhoc travel and accommodation for corporate office as required; and
- supporting the P&C team with other general HR and administrative duties as required.
About YOU
To be successful, we expect that you will have:
- previous mobilisation experience within a fast paced mining environment;
- well developed computer skills (previous exposure to ELMO will be highly regarded);
- clear and concise communications skills;
- ability to multi-task and prioritise ever-changing deadlines;
- have a positive and can-do attitude; and
- ability to work as part of a small team.
