As a Unified CommunicationsSupport Analyst, you will engage in a second-level support capacity, primarily overseeing various facets of the Cisco Webex application suite, catering to Webex Events, and maintaining Cisco UC hardware within our client’s meeting spaces situated in Canberra.
Your role will be critical in ensuring timely issue resolution in line with established Service Level Agreements for Webex and Microsoft Teams Room applications and Cisco VC hardware issues, as well as handling Service Requests for events and webinars.
Applicants must possess robust knowledge and experience in the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of diverse technologies but especially Cisco VC Room Systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Control Panels and Screen Beams.
Responsibilities will include managing service outcomes, coordinating adds, moves, and changes, remedying faults, and identifying trend patterns.

ABOUT YOU
• Experience within an IT service desk environment
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously in a professional environment.
• Ability to assist in the resolution of conflict.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathise as well as prioritise.
• Proven ability to deliver a quality client service.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships, partnerships, and networks.
• Ability to recognise improvements in process and procedure and how to implement or escalated these opportunities
• Baseline security clearance.
Qualifications and experience in ITIL V4 Foundations is desirable.
