Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying leads and converting opportunities
- Understanding client's goals, needs and objectives
- Building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service
- Conducting client facing and zoom finance interviews
- Researching suitable lender policy and loan products
- Communicating your recommendations to clients as a trusted advisor
- Following all compliance requirements and acting in the clients best interest
- The ability to be coachable and consistently look for ways to increase knowledge and performance
- Integrity and respect in all dealings
- A motivated and proven Sales Person who always puts their clients first
- A team player who thrives off winning as an individual and as a team
- A minimum of 1 Year in a client facing Finance sales role
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (Diploma Preferred)
- FBAA/MFAA Current Member (or willing to join)
- Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (depends on experience) + Quarterly Bonus (Uncapped)
- Remuneration Type: PAYG - Base Salary + Super + Bonus
