The ideal candidate we are seeking:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a mortgage broker.
- Minimum 1-2 years Lending or Retail Banking institutions.
- Good comprehension of compliance and NCCP requirements
- Have a sound understanding of resi lending.
- Availability to join our team full-time.
- Results-oriented and a team player.
- Have a positive and proactive approach.
- Be analytical, and process-driven, attention to details, and have the ability to multitask.
- Desire to help your clients achieve their objectives.
- Membership of an industry body MFAA &/or FBAA.
- Manage a portfolio of clients & catch up monthly with them at our celebration days.
You are a Team Player who takes pride & joy in your work, this is the place for you. Must participate in team-building events and activities.
Must be a highly organized, proactive, and driven team player.
You will be required to work with a close-knit team on new and existing relationships. Our platform will provide extensive support to you. You will be providing residential property finance to clients and helping them achieve their property investment and debt reduction goals.

Base salary $77,000 inc. Superannuation & uncapped commission based on performance.
