JOB DESCRIPTION
ALL about the role:
- Being passionate about finding and converting new business opportunities
- Guiding and leading other team members to succeed in setting goals
- Working collaboratively with the entire Sales & Marketing team to achieve overall business objectives
- Maintain a complete understanding of the Hotel’s sales visions, its products, services, and rate structure to fulfil business objectives
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with hotel's current network
- Maintain effective communication with the Director of Commercials, providing market intelligence regularly and an understanding of competitor strengths, weaknesses, and ongoing sales activities
- Plan, develop, and implement promotional strategies and marketing plans
- Liaise with the Accor National Sales team to ensure access to key accounts and maximise any sales opportunities
- Assist, implement, and monitor sales strategies for conferences and events
- Participate and represent Accor at key industry/trade events that will ensure an appropriate return on investment.
