Job DescriptionWith an impressive portfolio of diverse properties, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized
Payroll Specialist to lead our payroll function across three of our properties. This position is responsible for providing an accurate and efficient payroll service to the hotels and all team members across the business, and participating in payroll related projects as required.
Qualifications- A proven track record of success in a similar role within a medium-sized business
- Experience within the hospitality sector advantageous (but not required)
- Proven experience liaising with employees and management staff
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of awards, superannuation, taxation, payroll and employment law
- A passion for Innovation – excited about the opportunity to identify and drive improvement within the Payroll function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
