The Role
An opportunity now exists for a part-time Music Administration Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. Working within the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) department across the Bolton Street and Hill Campus, this role is available to commence immediately. You will be responsible for communicating with peripatetic teachers, students, and families, assisting with co-curricular music operational matters, and managing music resources.

About You
You are a warm and genuine person, who can demonstrate a love for working in the education sector. You also possess the following:
- Strong administrative experience within a school setting;
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members;
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities;
- Demonstrated ability to use corporate phone, computer and data management systems including excellent Microsoft Office skills;
- A passion for student wellbeing and alignment with our values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence; and
- A valid Working with Children’s Check.
