Your new role
Do you have a natural talent for connecting with others and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service?
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Taking inbound phone calls from Corporate and Business customers, answering a range of simple to complex enquiries
Providing existing customers and prospects with correct information regarding NAB’s current Business products and services
Entering customer details, activities, and opportunities into the system to ensure a robust CRM system is maintained
Working collaboratively with internal departments to provide the best possible solutions for customers.
Applying your exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to assist customers; from opening new accounts, to assisting with enquiries relating to internet banking you - will be providing a first call resolution
This position is a full-time temporary assignment for an initial period of 12 months, with the potential for permanent employment or contract extension.
Starting on the 15th of May 2023 and paying $30.95 + Super.
For the first 10 weeks you will be training, Mon – Fri 9AM – 5PM, once you have completed your ProHub training, you will work on a rotating roster from Mon – Fri between 8.00AM - 8.00PM working 38 hours per week.
What you'll need to succeed
NAB is seeking individuals who are true customer service advocates! Do you have a go-getter attitude and looking to launch your career in the banking industry?
To flourish in this role, you will need:
Customer Service experience (retail, hospitality etc)
Experience in a Call Centre environment (highly desirable, but not essential)
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and resilience
Personable, professional with a keen determination to succeed
