The Position:
KINCROME are currently searching for dedicated, passionate, and driven coordinators to join our National Accounts team in the role ofNational Account Coordinator.
Reporting through to the National Account Manager, this is a fantastic career opportunity within our Sales team and will suit a passionate and enthusiastic individual wanting to develop their career by assisting the NAM with the day to day running of assigned National Accounts across Australia.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales team with planning and team communications.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders including marketing, inventory, product management, accounts, warehousing, etc.
- Sales reporting and analysis
- Working on range displays and the development of planograms
- Events planning, co-ordination and attendance
- Trade events including conferences and customer/industry shows
- Assisting with the development of account ranges and presentations
- Conducting market landscaping and gap analysis
- Loading of contract pricing and maintaining pricing files
- Preparing customer submissions
- Completing data files for all new products and core range lines
- Working on lead projects to strict deadlines.
What we need from you:
You will already possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage your workload. You have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and can initiate, develop, and build professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
In addition,
- Intermediate to Advanced software knowledge – Outlook, Pronto, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in sales administration
- Experience in managing or liaising with customers.
- Experience with National Accounts will be highly regarded
- The ability to work autonomously, perform under pressure and multi-task is a necessity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to travel interstate when required.
