As a National Account Executive, you will establish and maintain long term customer relationships as well as achieve profitable growth through the current customer base and the acquisition of new accounts.
This opportunity provides access to C-level relationships both internally within FedEx and externally with a global brand.
You will be a key member of our sales team and will actively contribute in the development of sales strategies.
Your drive, ability to deliver an excellent customer experience and a proven track record in meeting targets will assist in ensuring you are successful in this very exciting and challenging role.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a strategy for acquiring new customers for the business
- Maintain existing business, and further develop these relationships against targets
- Ensure profit development against target and maintain customer satisfaction.
Experience Required
- B2B Sales experience in any environment is highly regarded
- Account Management / Business Development experience
- Proven track record in growing accounts and winning new business
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability of dealing with decision makers at all levels
