The Opportunity
Join us as a National Account Executive and support in driving sales, profitability, and strategic direction for key accounts. With a focus on optimising operations, launching initiatives, and executing trading strategies, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market share expansion.

Role and Responsibilities
Account Management
Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within assigned accounts
Attend weekly meetings with various teams such as the sales, field team, category and SCM
Provide weekly internal field communication reports and updates to the field team for retail stores
Manage resolution of compliance cases
Sales Targets and Activities
Achieve sales targets within JB Hi-Fi across product categories
Manage sales forecasts to vendors (sell-in) and from vendors to consumers (sell-out)
Sales Incentives Rebates, Claims, and Approvals
Input and approve sales deduction rebate requests, verify claims data, and manage approvals for various requests
Supply Chain Management
Monitor sales forecasts, deliveries, and create delivery schedules
Oversee EDI Project Management
Reporting and Analysis
Manage account forecast i.e. net sales revenue (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Track open POs
Conduct sales reporting
Support quarterly account plan preparation
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years as a National Account Executive or Territory/Regional Sales Manager
Open to experience working in industries such as FMCG, Computer Hardware, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Goods
Understanding of Australian retail market with experience in sales, marketing, or forecasting experience preferred
Prior experience in achieving Sell-in and Sell-out targets, manage Weeks of Supply, increase Market Share, and meet profitability targets
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Passion for achieving targets and improving processes
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Travel Requirement: The National Account Executive is expected to spend at least 50% of their time travelling between retail store and customer offices in order to drive sales. During MX quarterly launch events there are additional site visit requirements.
