About the role
The National Account Manager position is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and nurturing strong client relationships. Responsibilities include direct management and relationship building with our clients core customer base, proactive identification of new selling opportunities through strategic marketing and promotions, as well as regular analysis of market trends and competitor activity. Additionally, the role involves contributing to strategic plans for key customers, monitoring sales and margin performance, and collaborating with the Finance department on rebate and pricing strategies. Implementation of comprehensive National Account promotional plans, management of customer/product inventory, and leadership in staff development activities further underscore the breadth and significance of this role in achieving organizational objectives.
