The Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused, numbers-oriented National Account Executive (NAE) to support our National Business Manager in achieving sales, marketing, and category goals with one of our largest customers – Woolworths.
As the #1 chilled dairy supplier in the 2023 Advantage Grocery Survey for the sixth consecutive year, Chobani takes pride in our collaborative relationship with Woolworths, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining this partnership by working closely externally with key contacts within Woolworths, as well as Chobani’s internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include managing budgeting and forecasting (in collaboration with the NBM), coordinating promotional activities, preparing weekly/monthly sales performance reports and deep diving into category analytics and shopper insights. Additionally, you will be involved in long-term internal planning and projects to meet business objectives and executing customer plans.
This role is offered as a 12-month maternity leave contract, based at our modern Dandenong South office with access to a 3/2 hybrid working model, ensuring a great work-life balance. Some interstate travel may be required.
Skills & Experience
Ideally to be successful in the role you will have:
• FMCG or Pharma industry experience (ideally in a sales, finance or supply chain role) with exposure to a major grocery retailer
• A solid grasp of the forecasting and budgeting cycle, along with a general financial understanding (from P&L to EBIT)
• Sound level of analytical and commercial skills, with an ability to multi-task
• Intermediate level of skill working in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
